A Big Pile of Honest Trailers!
Earlier this week, I regaled you all with a big pile of movie trailers that had been clogging my YouTube page waiting for me to blog about them. Welp, now we’re doing the same thing, but with Honest Trailers by Screen Junkies! These are always reliably entertaining.
And that’s that! Each one is a gem, each one is really short, and they’re a mildly entertaining way to pass some time and enjoy the internet. I hope the people making these enjoy making them. I enjoy watching them, and isn’t that all we really need from entertainment sources on the internet?
Maybe I should find more original content to share…

A Big Pile of Movie Trailers!
A bunch of movie trailers have been coming out over the past few weeks that I simply haven’t gotten around to posting. That’s on me. Let’s not make it a thing. It eventually reached a point where I decided it would be more fun to pile them together for your amusement!
First up is Cruella, starring Emma Stone. It’s Disney’s origin story for Cruella de Vil, because that’s how they’re doing live action this time (also because 101 Dalmatians had a live action movie decades ago). This one looks pretty OK.
I’m not the first person to point out that it looks like Cruella de Vil by way of the recent Joker movie, but with a Disney spin. That’s probably exactly what we’re going to get. Hopefully Emma Stone had fun with this one.
Next up is Army of the Dead by Zack Snyder. He reignited the zombie craze years ago with his remake of Dawn of the Dead, and I guess he decided to go back to zombies. Good for him!
This one looks like it could be fun. Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead was enjoyable. Perhaps giving him something other than DC superheroes will get him back to making enjoyable movies.
Lastly is the teaser trailer for Luca, the next Pixar film. This one took me by surprise because I knew nothing about the film before watching the trailer.
Here’s hoping for the best! I haven’t particularly been enthralled by any recent Pixar movies, but I’m always open to the idea of Pixar recapturing the magic of their old days. I’ll get my hopes up again. It’s the story of my life.

Let’s Look at Wonder Woman, Animated
Your favorite internet animator and mine — Tell It Animated — is back with Wonder Woman! I love this dude’s videos and I love sharing them on my blog, to spread the word as far and wide as I can. This one is another corker.
Another great job! This guy has really found a nifty niche, and I hope he’s having fun and finding success!
As for what he should do next, a lot of people are requesting a King Kong video, but surely that’s not going to be very fun, right? Just a bunch of drawings of the same gorilla?
I suggest he do Robin! He’s already got a Batman video, so why not complete the Dynamic Duo? Robin was in just as many black and white serials as Batman back in the day, then you’ve got the 1960s TV show, the Chris O’Donnell Robin from the movies, the Robin costume from Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and now the various Robin/Nightwing costumes on the live action Titans. Sounds like a good video to me!

The MODOK TV Show is Coming in May!
Once upon a time, Marvel announced a whole lineup of weird and eclectic shows for Hulu. Remember the Dazzler/Tigra show? Or Hit Monkey? What a time to be alive. Anyway, the only one that’s still standing is a Patton Oswalt-driven MODOK show! And here’s a new trailer!
This could be good. This could be funny. I’m a huge Patton Oswalt fan, so that’s a plus. The animation looks really fun, and I like some of the humor. Cartoons are brilliant these days. If this show is a fraction as fun as Harley Quinn, it would be special. So I’m going to get my hopes up and hope this MODOK show is worthwhile.
MODOK comes to Hulu on May 21.

You Liked Solar Opposites, Right?
That alien show from some of the makers of Rick and Morty is coming back! I liked the first season of Solar Opposites a lot, so it’ll be nice to have another season! Honestly, it would be nice to have more shows in general. I need things to watch! I need things to do!
Looks funny, looks wacky, and it looks like a good time!
Too bad we have to wait all the way until March 26 to get the second season of Solar Opposites!
