Unbreakable Was Honestly One of My Favorites
Back in the day, Unbreakable was one of my favorite M. Night Shyamalan films! Then I re-watched it the other day in the build-up to Glass, and it still holds up pretty well. Maybe not as good as it did back in the day, but it’s still fun.
Excellent work, Honest Trailers people! I’m going to see Glass tonight, and I hope that’s good, too! Mostly I need to stop being so old. Who knew it would take more than a decade to get that Unbreakable sequel we all wanted back in the day?

John Wick 3 Looks Really Cool
I was late to the John Wick party when it first came out. I didn’t even see John Wick 2 in theaters! I dealt with those problems, and now I’m definitely ready for John Wick 3: Parabellum.
And yeah, it looks neat! Looks just like a solid John Wick threequel. Should be another action-packed thrill ride, like the other two. Hooray for movies!

6 Things I Want to See in the Game of Thrones Finale
The final season of Game of Thrones will be upon us in April. I’m a big fan of the show, just like everybody else in the world. And I have no idea how it’s going to end. I don’t even have any solid theories or guesses. I got no clue how it’s all going to turn out for real.
So let’s have some fun making stuff up!
Honestly, I’m just gonna rattle off a bunch of silly and overly cheerful wish-fulfillment stuff for the finale of Game of Thrones. Maybe I’ll hit upon some truths here or there, but most likely I’ll just be whistling Dixie, and where’s the harm in that? This is a week for silly fun! So join me after the jump for what I hope to see for the future of Westeros. We’ll most likely get something far more tragic.
Please feel free to share your own hopes, dreams and fears for the end of Game of Thrones in the comments!
Spider-Man: Far From Home Looks Great!
The first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home has arrived and it looks really great! It’s funny, has some neat drama, and Mysterio looks pretty awesome so far.
Granted, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse may have changed the game when it comes to Spider-Man movies, but this one looks pretty dope nonetheless. Everybody’s coming back. We get to see Nick Fury interacting with Spider-Man. The fish bowl head on Mysterio is cool. Far From Home looks solid so far!
The new film arrives on July 5.

Good News, Everybody! Tim Drake Is Robin Again!
The first issue of the revived Young Justice hit the stands last week and revealed that Tim Drake is Robin again. That’s great news for us Tim Drake fans! It’s been a long, grueling road since DC Comics gunked everything up back in the New 52 in 2011. They altered his origin and declared that Tim Drake was only ever “Red Robin” for some reason. Then Rebirth came along and they changed his origin back to normal, declaring that he had been Robin in the beginning, but had since changed to Red Robin.
And now, at long last, Tim Drake resumes the mantle of Robin. He’s the best Robin, has the best Robin costumes, and he deserves the title!
I tried to Google “Brian Michael Bendis” and “Robin” to see if there were any interviews where he explained why he made Tim Drake Robin again, but I couldn’t find any. Or maybe I didn’t dig deep enough. And I haven’t seen any explanation for what this means for Damian Wayne, the current Robin. Perhaps there will be two Robins? It’s not like having a Robin and a Red Robin was all that different.
The important thing is, “Batman and Robin” matters. It’s a household team. They’re the dynamic duo. It matters that Tim Drake was and is Robin. Granted, he’s probably going to spend all of his time with Young Justice and not teaming up with Batman. But anything could happen going forward. For now, it’s just enough to be happy and excited that something is going right with my favorite comic book characters.
