Dumbledore? More like ‘DumbleMORE please!’
I’m basically saying that Jude Law seems pretty suave and cool as a young Albus Dumbledore in this first trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.
I enjoyed the first film, and am a huge fan of Harry Potter, so I’m definitely on board for this sequel. I never did write that blog post about how Newt Scamander doesn’t actually do anything to effect the main plot of the first film. Maybe I will before this sequel arrives on Nov. 16.

Honestly, I Love Thor: Ragnarok!
Thor: Ragnarok is a super fun movie! And it’s coming out on DVD soon! What’s that? It’s already out? Even better!
Thank you, Honest Trailers, for being solidly entertaining month in and month out! We’re all waiting for the Black Panther one now when it comes out on DVD.

Here’s a Fun Oscars Song!
Do you love The Lonely Island? I like’em just fine! And they’ve made an Oscars song that stars Thor and Wonder Woman! That’s pretty fancy and I’m glad we all get to enjoy it!
As for the Oscars themselves, I’m glad Shape of Water won. I think it was my favorite movie out of the nominees I saw, though I felt Get Out should have won, as it was the better movie. At the very least, I’m glad Phantom Thread didn’t win, because I didn’t see it, and I was convinced that they’d pick some artsy movie I didn’t see.

Wreck-It Ralph 2 Has a Full Trailer!
For some reason, the upcoming sequel Ralph Breaks the Internet is not called ‘Ralph Wrecks the Internet’. How did this title make it through quality control at Disney?
Hopefully somebody got fired over that screw up.
Also, trailer looks cool! A little wildly huge, but I’m sure they have a solid, contained story. I loved the original Wreck-It Ralph and can’t wait for the sequel!

What Are We Putting Our Actors Through?
The idea of the Hollywood press junket has been around forever. A movie comes out and the various actors involved do a million interviews with everybody under the sun. I watch as few of these as humanly possible. I don’t really care what the actors have to say about the movie, no offense to the actors.
But I’ve been noticing a weird trend lately…thanks to YouTube, the press junkets now involve such weirdness! It’s like a gauntlet of insanity that we force our actors to go through…
Just check out what the Black Panther cast has gone through…

My God, people. What are we putting our celebrities through to promote their movies? What hath YouTube wrought? That’s probably not even all of them! I’m probably missing a bunch!
Is it no longer enough to just force celebrities through one inane interview after another? Must they now perform wackiness for every YouTube gimmick?
Haven’t they been through enough?!
