There is So Much Wrong With Transformers: Age of Extinction

Not the least of which is not calling the movie Age of the Extinction in order to fit with the rest of the titles in the franchise. Still, there’s so much wrong with this lazy sequel that the Cinema Sins peeps have split their video in two! This is nearly half an hour of riffing, people. Enjoy it on your lunch break maybe!

Am I the only one who wants Megan Fox or Shia Labeouf to come back for the fifth one?

We Get It, Godzilla Doesn’t Appear Much in the Godzilla Movie

It’s called delayed gratification, people! If the movie was just 2 hours of Godzilla fighting monsters, it would get boring within the first 5 minutes!

I really only have two sins for the new Godzilla film. 1.) How did Ken Watanabe have any clue that Godzilla was some kind of ‘protector of the Earth’ and would arrive to restore cosmic balance? Where did that hypothesis even come from? 2.) When all the main characters are together at the end prior to parachuting scene, why didn’t they have a moment where they meet up and acknowledge each other? Watanabe and the general met Ford earlier in the film, then they all end up at the same base camp in the end? That should have warranted some kind of moment!

Also, Cinema Sins does have a point on arresting Bryan Cranston. Why have the cops arrest him one day, but then on the next day, he’s delivered right to the heart of the operation, on the same day the monster hatches?

Seriously, though, I loved this movie.

20 Minutes is a Little Excessive

Our friends at Cinema Sins have tackled Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and apparently they went all out on what was a legitimately good film. You guys are monsters!

But I know we all have 20 minutes to spare, so I hope you enjoyed their video as much as I did! As my brother once said, these are the MST3K for the short attention span Internet generation!

When All Else Fails, Turn to Cinema Sins

Rumor is circulating on the Internet today that TNT wants to do a Teen Titans TV show starring Nightwing. I’m still trying to decide how I feel about this. So in the mean time, Cinema Sins?

They make this job look easy!

Despite the Mockery, I Stand By My Enjoyment of The Amazing Spider-Man 2

Earlier this summer, I rated The Amazing Spider-Man 2 an 8 out of 10, or ‘very good’. I stand by that rating. I enjoyed the movie, I enjoyed the performances and the villains, and I had a good time.

But that doesn’t spare the film from getting torn apart by Internet mockers! Because yeah, there were a lot of dumb moments in that movie. So as is the case with the Internet, here are the Honest Trailer and the Everything Wrong With…for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Did you see what they did there? Those nerds are getting creative with their Internet mockery. I like it. Though this might mean that the Internet is becoming self aware…
