Everybody was a Little Surprised that Kingsman: The Secret Service was Such a Neat Movie
I liked it. And I like Mark Millar comics, though I haven’t read Kingsman. But it’s a neat, catchy, pretty fly sort of flick. And Honest Trailers has their usual fun with it.
Though I notice they didn’t make fun of the main character’s name being ‘Eggsy’. What’s up with that?

For Some Reason, This Was the Week to Pick on Super Mario Bros.
Like a phantom from our forgotten past, the Internet movie critiques have decided that this was the week to make fun of the Super Mario Bros. movie. It’s a terrible movie, but why this week? Is it because of Pixels? Maybe…
First up is the Honest Trailer.
Followed by Cinema Sins, which lasts for 20+ minutes!
There’s a lot wrong with this movie. And for anybody interested, you can also check out the Rifftrax! This is such a terrible, terrible film. I don’t know if all these clips even scratch the surface.
Also, when are they going to do Space Jam?

Honest Trailers: Iron Man!
Once upon a time, I listed the first Iron Man movie as my second favorite film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And now the folks at Screen Junkies are finally taking a poke at it!
Always good videos from these fellas, though this one was a little weak. Still, good times, good times. Maybe they’re gonna drop a few more as we head into Ant-Man!

Once Upon a Time, Armageddon Was My Favorite Movie
But I never saw Armageddon in theaters. I only ever saw it on VHS at home, so…still, it was awesome.
I wonder if it still holds up today. I’m still a huge fan of The Rock, probably the best action movie ever made. That was good era Michael Bay, as the Screen Junkies point out. Logic be damned, Armageddon is good movies.

Hulk is My Favorite Avenger!
Avengers: Age of Ultron is a very fun, exciting movie, and I’m going to see it again tonight! It’s not as amazing as the first one because everything is more familiar than last time, and a little too comfortable, but it’s still another high mark on Marvel’s resume. It absolutely deserves to break box office records, though I don’t think it’s going to have people talking as much as the last Avengers movie did. Still, very good stuff!
Here are a couple of videos poking fun at my favorite Avenger, the Hulk! First up is the Honest Trailer for Hulk’s original movie, all the way back before Marvel got into making movies.
Personally, I liked Hulk when it first came out. I haven’t seen it in years, and I probably won’t ever be watching it again, but I liked Hulk and I’m not ashamed of that.
Next up, the fine folks at Cinema Sins tackle the second movie, The Incredible Hulk. And I think we can all agree that we liked Incredible Hulk better, though it’s easy to forget that it came out the same year as Iron Man and is technically part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Of course, we’re all better off with Hulk in the Avengers movies, so there’s definitely no complaining now. And probably expect my full Age of Ultron review by Sunday!
