6 Live Action Adaptations That Disney Should Make Next
There seems to be a growing trend at Disney recently to make live action versions of their classic animated movies. We had Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Maleficent, a version of Snow White, and just this month, a live action Jungle Book (though it was largely CGI). Word has it they want to make Dumbo in the same way, and a Cruella de Vil movie starring Emma Stone is in the works. This is a pretty interesting line of work.
I bring all this up because I saw The Jungle Book in theaters the other day and had a lot of fun. It was a good movie with great special effects. If this is what Disney wants to do, I say more power to them! If they can make good movies by turning classic cartoons into live action, that sounds like a plan to me. So much so that I have a few suggestions!

You Best Believe Today is Jungle Book Day!
That new Jungle Book movie comes out this weekend, and I hope it leads to a new version of Tailspin too. I don’t yet know if I’m going to see the movie, but I’m definitely going to watch all of the usual movie parody videos!
And good times were had by all.

This Video Contains a Ton of My Favorite Things
Internet parodies, LEGOs and Star Wars come together in How The Force Awakens Should Have Ended!
It’s funny, it’s awesome and it’s an all-around good time. The How It Should Have Ended folks did an earlier Force Awakens bit, but I prefer when things are done in LEGO. Oh and hey, the DVD comes out today too! Neat.

Another Awesome Overwatch Cartoon Sounds Like a Good Way to Start a Monday
If Blizzard wasn’t already making so much money through video games, they would be a damn fine animation studio. Check out this new Overwatch cartoon, starring Tracer and Widowmaker.
One wonders if the actual Overwatch game is going to live up to the excitement and quality of these cartoons.

The Aaahh!! Real Monsters/Pokemon Mash-Up of Our Dreams!
This is a cartoon that could only exist on this Internet that we know and love. And no, it’s not an April Fools Day prank. This isn’t going to be real. It’s just a fun bit of animation.
All kudos go to Brian Bear for this amazingly well done video. This is quality craftsmanship and dedication all around.
