The Runaways TV Show is Coming to an End
Honestly, we should all just be happy that a Runaways TV show happened at all! This thing was always in the works, always in the conversation, and I’m glad it happened. I’m a big fan of the show and I’ll be sad to see it go at the end of the new, third season.
Such is the price we all must pay for the awesome Marvel Disney+ shows on the horizon.
Maybe this means that we can wait a couple of years and then Disney+ will relaunch the Runaways TV show and make it like Rainbow Rowell’s current Runaways comic, picking up with the team several years after their initial heyday. That would be a blast!
Season 3 starts on Dec. 13!

New Infinity Train is On The Way!
Did you catch Infinity Train when it finally came out this past year? I sure did, and I quite enjoyed the adventures of Tulip on that crazy train! Of course, if you saw it, you know that the first season ended pretty definitively.
Fortunately, season 2 seems to have come up with a really great way to keep the story going without undoing the previous ending.
Looks as good as season 1! Doesn’t look as good as the original pilot, but nothing ever will ever again. Still, season 1 was really good, and I can’t wait for season 2!

New Doctor Who is On The Way!
The next season of Doctor Who is on its way, possibly with a New Year’s Day special, or perhaps it’ll debut some other time. I dunno. I was fine with the previous season. I like Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor, but I don’t think her first season gave her anything really deep or exciting to do. Here’s hoping the new season changes that!
Same Doctor, same companions, same people behind the camera; I really hope they’ve learned some lessons and have produced some better content this time around. I want some real drama, I want some real fun, I want some real meaningful emotion for the Doctor. Honestly, I can barely remember what happened in the previous season…
Here’s hoping for some greatness this year!

The Expanse is Expanding!
I am finally fully caught up on The Expanse and it’s a great show! Are you watching? I highly recommend taking a look at this really nifty sci-fi series. It’s got strong characters, great special effects and a really cool, really big story.
Of course, if you’re not caught up, you probably don’t want to watch this trailer for season 4.
Looks exciting! I’ve been catching up on a lot of Amazon shows recently, so I’m excited for more Expanse. I also just finished the fourth and final season of The Man in the High Castle. That was amazing. Another highly recommended show!

The Witcher TV Show Will Either Be Good or Bad
I’m a huge fan of The Witcher video games. But the new Witcher Netflix show is going to be based on the books. So who knows exactly what we’re going to get. And I’m not sure this trailer provides that good of a look.
I honestly don’t know what to make of what we’re seeing here. It looks well made, but I also don’t know if Henry Cavill can pull this off. They should have given him the beard from Witcher 3, even though it’s not canonically accurate at all. Geralt of Rivia just looks better with a beard.
We’ll see! The Witcher TV show comes out on Dec. 20!
