Ninja Turtles Mini Sequel Coming in December!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem was phenomenal! And the follow up cartoon was also super fun. So as a lifelong Ninja Turtles fan, I am fully on board with the current media status quo. And we’re next going to see these turtle teens in a new short cartoon premiering ahead of an upcoming Spongebob movie on Dec. 19.
Looks good to me! The animation is still awesome. The jokes are cool. The turtles are pretty awesome. I’m glad to see new material since we don’t know when the movie sequel will come out.
Will I go see this Spongebob movie just to see this short? No. I’ll have to figure out some other way to watch. I’m sure it will be fun!

I Wanted to Recommend Haunted Hotel
I’m a sucker for a good animated show. And while I don’t watch them all, I do try to grab a few here and there. Haunted Hotel came out on Netflix a couple of weeks ago and I enjoyed it. The show is only like 8 or 10 episodes, the first season, and it’s solid stuff if you’re looking for an easy, entertaining watch.
Good voice cast, fun writing, clever jokes; the title could use some work and it’s not going to set the world on fire. But the show exists and is on Netflix, and if you’ve still got Netflix, I say confidently that it’s worth a watch. And that’s what this blog should accomplish these days, just me suggesting good media for you readers.

Another Look at New Hazbin Hotel!
The second season of Hazbin Hotel is coming out later this month and I’m pretty excited. The first season was a real banger, and this new trailer for season 2 looks even bigger, wilder and more awesome!
Good vs. Evil! Heaven vs. Hell! More songs! More romance! Probably more trauma and stuff like that as well! Hazbin Hotel is a good show and I’m very excited for a second season…even though I haven’t watched Helluva Boss, which could probably give me more of the same material I enjoy. Oh well.
Hazbin Hotel season 2 comes to Amazon Prime on Oct. 29.

Star Wars: Visions is Coming Back!
We got a new trailer late last week for a new season of Star Wars: Visions, which is pretty darn awesome. This is the anthology show where they let a bunch of international animation studios, especially those that work on anime, do some out-of-continuity Star Wars adventures. So lightsabers and spaceships and the Empire and all that good stuff, but in short little cartoons. They’ve been a blast so far!
I couldn’t tell from the trailer, but I’ve heard that some of my favorite bits from season one are going to get sequels in this new season. That’s pretty cool! And then we’ll have more original cartoons. It’s all very fun and exciting.
Season three of Star Wars: Visions comes to Disney+ on Oct. 29.

Our First Look at the New Witcher
You know what, I’m probably going to watch the new season of The Witcher on Netflix when it comes out. I don’t really care that Henry Cavill left for creative differences. I don’t really care that the story is all over the place and I can’t remember what happened in the previous season. I don’t care that it differs from the video games. There’s still potential in the show.
The new Hemsworth lead looks the part. And there’s action and a wraith in that trailer. And I dunno…they’re gonna keep making it, I suppose I’ll keep watching.
But considering how popular that first season was, somebody really dropped the ball on The Witcher. This could have been a real hit! This coulda been a contender! And now it’s going to go out with the whimper of all whimpers.
The Witcher returns to Netflix for season 4 on Oct. 30.
