Batman and Son is the Next DC Animated Movie
They found the absolute worst voice actor for Damian. Jeez. But I will admit that Damian grew on me in the comics after awhile, mostly because of his time serving as Dick Grayson’s sidekick. They made an amazing team. And considering this movie is marginally about Robin, I’ll definitely pick it up to watch. Though I’m rather lukewarm on DC’s animated movies these days. I wonder if they really do make a lot of money. What else would justify their existence?

Simpsons LEGOS. It’s beautiful. They should have sent a poet.
I want to start a Kickstarter campaign just to raise the money to purchase this. I can do that, right? Isn’t that what Kickstarter is for? Or maybe I’ll raise the funds to write a poem about this set. My God. Not only is it the house, but it opens up! And there’s a working garage, with the pink car, and mini-figs of all five family members, plus Flanderses! Oh man, oh man, I’m salivating over here. LEGO Simpsons is probably something I’ve been waiting my entire life to own.
My 6 Favorite Things of 2013
Welp, 2013 is over, and I don’t think I accomplished any of my stated goals for the year. I’m still fat, I’m still broke and I still haven’t been discovered by the comic book industry and handed the reigns of Spider-Man. But why dwell on the negatives when 2013 was arguably a pretty great year all around? At least when it comes to geeky stuff!

I don’t normally do these sorts of lists because I have a terrible memory and I don’t know what I was enjoying last week, let alone last March. But I wanted to see if I could pull this off, because there were a lot of great things this year, and I’m a member of the Internet, so of course I’ve got to do one of these lists. Being a newspaper reporter myself, I’ve got to give credit where credit is due.
I don’t post nearly enough of these DC Nation shorts. It doesn’t help that I don’t have cable in my apartment. I should do something about that. Or just keep relying on the glory of the Internet!
