The DC/CW Crossover This Year Looks Pretty Badass!
I have stopped watching all of the DC shows on The CW network. I just wasn’t liking them anymore. The Flash had become absolutely painful to watch. But the trailer for this year’s epic crossover looks pretty cool! Maybe I’ll watch just the crossover.
I’m sure I can just whiz through any continuity that I’ve missed. Though I do hear that the new season of Arrow is pretty good.

The Rock is Gonna be in Another Action Movie
The Rock just keeps piling on these action movies. Next up is Rampage, based on the classic video game. It looks pretty OK.
I’m sure I played Rampage at least once or twice back in the day, but I can’t imagine too many people have some huge love for the game. This is just another attempt by Hollywood to co-opt a familiar name brand and hope the Rock boosts ticket sales. Maybe he will! But hey, more power to the movie. Maybe it’ll be good.

Good News! Agents of SHIELD is Coming Back!
In good news for today, the TV show Agents of SHIELD is coming back on Friday, Dec. 1! I really like that show! Glad to know it’s still going strong.
This time, they’re gonna be in space! That should be neat. I’m definitely going to watch!
Speaking of Marvel shows, I finished The Punisher last night and it’s good…it’s just not a show about the Punisher. I’ll have a list/review up next week!

Incredibles 2 Is On The Way!
My favorite Pixar movie is The Incredibles, for reasons that should be obvious if you’re reading my blog. So of course I was excited to see the first teaser trailer for Incredibles 2! Which is definitely happening!
And if that wasn’t enough Incredibles for you to love, how about the How Incredibles Should Have Ended video? At least these parody videos are still pure and unburdened by controversy and horribleness!
This one was kind of garbage though. Quality initial joke, for how the movie should have ended. But then it falls back on some Batman/Superman cafe thing with Elastigirl that I just don’t get or remember. I dunno. I’m probably in the minority here, but I just don’t think cutting to these Batman/Superman cafe scenes are as funny or witty as the creators think. Especially when it’s implied that, like, Superman slept with Mr. Incredibles’ wife? That’s just disrespectful.

Hench-Sized Comic Book Reviews – 11/18/17
Man oh man, this is quite the comic book fan weekend! Not only did the Justice League movie come out — which I very much enjoyed — but we’ve got the Punisher on Netflix! I’ll be watching that this weekend! And expect my Justice League review/list to go up on Wednesday!
Unfortunately, I didn’t read any Justice League or Punisher comics this week! Just normal stuff like Amazing Spider-Man and Mighty Thor! And Comic Book of the Week goes to the new issue of Batman for an absolutely fabulous story!
Ain’t love grand?
I think it’s definitely safe to say I like Tom King’s work on Batman more than Scott Snyder. It’s really a shame that I was so cold to King when he started. I just didn’t like that Gotham/Gotham Girl stuff.
