A New Solo Trailer Tries to Convince Us to Watch the Movie!
I kid! I kid! The trailer is pretty cool. Perhaps Solo: A Star Wars Story will indeed be an entertaining movie!
I am of the belief that we’ve already reached peak Star Wars saturation. And this is coming from the guy who loves every single new Marvel movie. Still, I just don’t know about Solo. Definitely going to have to see it for myself to find out if it’s any good.
Kind of like most movies.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi Gets the Usual Treatment
Star Wars: The Last Jedi was a fine film. I enjoyed it, I think. It’s definitely grown on me in time. And like all popular movies these days, it gets an Honest Trailer.
Like the coming of the dawn and like the inevitable How It Should Have Ended video, this will be a thing.

I’m a bit busy at work this week and don’t have a lot of free time to share fun Internet stuff on my blog. Fortunately, this hilariously short video popped up from Mr. Sunday Movies! I love that guy!
And I love this meme. So everything is pretty good right now. Hopefully that Christopher Robin movie is going to be OK.

This one is legit funny. The How It Should Have Ended team goes all in on the gags and fan theories and has a lot of fun with this one! And they give us all the Admiral Ackbar ending we all want.
Solid alternate way for Star Wars: The Last Jedi to end, too! So good job all around!

Solo: A Star Wars Story is Probably Going to Be Fine (Updated)
UPDATE: Here’s the full trailer! My thoughts below remain the same.
I’ve mentioned this before, and it bears repeating, but I don’t care about Solo: A Star Wars Story. I find it hilarious that we’re 3 months away from the movie and are only now getting any sort of trailer, in the same way I find the Dark Universe hilarious. I just don’t think this was a good idea for a Star Wars anthology movie. There’s no improving on Han Solo.
But hey, here’s the Super Bowl trailer.
It looks fine. It’s got all the necessary Han Solo-y stuff in it. And there’s even a touch of comedic craziness. So it’s probably going to be a fine movie that we all generally enjoy in the theaters in a few months.
