Episode 3 of Deep Space Discounts!
So today probably marks the end of our country and possibly world as we know it, but at least we have a new episode of Deep Space Discounts to enjoy. And that’s what I’ve got to cling to if I’m going to make it through life from now on. It’s a good episode.
Good episode indeed. Good cartoon. Good work all around by DeepBlueInk. Cling to whatever happiness you can, folks, it’s all downhill from here!

Episode 2 of Deep Space Discounts!
The second episode of Deep Space Discounts is out and I’m sharing! DeepBlueInk is making fun internet content, and I am fully here for it! He’s got a fun style, and this show is top notch for amateur, internet animation!
Everything is developing nicely and the characters are fun! The voice acting is also really great! I hope DeepBlueInk had fun making this show and I hope he can make more beyond! Though I’m sure it’s time consuming and expensive.
Believe me, if I had the money, I’d fund a Gamer Girl & Vixen show like this…maybe someday.

Enjoy the First Episode of Deep Space Discounts!
I wrote about this before and now the first episode is here: Deep Space Discounts, an original cartoon by YouTube artist DeepBlueInk! I’m a big fan of their work and I’m fully on board with watching and sharing this show. From my understanding, animators need all the help they can get combatting the YouTube algorithm.
I liked it! The first episode mostly sets up the characters and the setting, with plenty of good satire. So the show is off to a good start and I can’t wait for the next episode! I’ll share that too. They’ll be coming out weekly all this month. And you can support DeepBlueInk on Patreon to hopefully make more.

My 6 Favorite Things of 2024
Welp, the world keeps spinning and we’ve reached the end of another year. It was a crap year full of mostly crap entertainment, and I’m coming up empty in terms of empathy and interest. Following the presidential election, I’m opting to be more cynical these days as a coping mechanism. This was also the year I took a back seat on posting all the time. This was a year.
In good news, I finally started my own original comic — Cover Bard — and am halfway done with the first issue. I need to make a big post about it. And the second volume of Gamer Girl & Vixen is complete and headed to the printers, to be distributed and available for sale early next year. So those were some good things that happened. We also had a ton of great TV shows, but not a lot of great movies or video games. It was a weird year.
But I like putting together a list like this, so join me after the jump for my favorite bits and pieces of pop culture from 2024! And feel free to share your own in the comments below.
