Huh, There’s Still More Disenchantment
I have not particularly enjoyed the Disenchantment series on Netflix. I love me some Matt Groening shows, and am looking forward to that new season of Futurama that’s out, but Disenchantment just kinda isn’t good. But hey, it’s a Friday, I need content, and here’s a big trailer for the next and final season.
I don’t remember what happened in the last season. I don’t remember if I even watched it. When did it come out? I don’t even have the energy to look that up. It’s Friday morning, I gotta get to work, and all we can really do is enjoy a nice cartoon trailer. There is so much stuff coming out these days.
The new Disenchantment season comes to Netflix on Sept. 1.

There’s Gonna Be More Castlevania Cartoon
The Castlevania show on Netflix was awesome as hell. Badass vampire and monster action, great heroes, great villains, and just an all around wonderful story across four seasons. But it came to an end and surely that was that. Nope! We’re gonna get a sequel show following a different Belmont.
Castlevania: Nocturne looks cool. Take everything awesome from the first show and move it into the French Revolution. Why not? Looks like fun. They’ve lost Warren Ellis as the head writer, it would seem. No reason to fear. He was good, but perhaps these new guys will be good too.
Castlevania: Nocturne comes to Netflix on Sept. 28.

Strange Planet is Getting a Cartoon
Remember that webcomic Strange Planet by Nathan Pyle that took off a few years ago? It’s getting a whole cartoon series! I loved that comic, still enjoy it, and this blows my mind. How are they gonna turn that into a cartoon?
All I can think about this comic nowadays is how I gave my dad the collected edition for Christmas one year and he said it was just Coneheads. I never watched much Coneheads and barely remember the movies…but is it just Coneheads?! I guess we’ll find out.
Strange Planet is coming to AppleTV+ on Aug. 9.

Only Leigh is Posting Again!
One of my favorite random Internet content creators is Only Leigh, a YouTube cartoonist who did a bunch of funny parody videos several years ago. Well she’s back, making more videos! In a post on YouTube, she said she went off into the big, wide world and worked some entertainment jobs and more, and is now back to do her own thing.
I don’t watch Bluey, but this definitely sounds like everything I’ve heard about Bluey.
Anyway, Only Leigh’s videos are fun and I enjoy sharing them and spreading the word that she’s making them. So watch and enjoy! And I fully vote for more Belle and Tina time traveling adventures. Having your own IP is a ton of fun!

The Flash, Animated
The Flash movie is gonna be the biggest bomb of all time, so huzzah for that and good luck to Blue Beetle. But The Flash still happened, and there’s plenty of meat to work with for our pal at Tell It Animated! Enjoy his designs of the Flash’s red costume with yellow accents!
Another banger of an episode. Sometimes I wonder if he should better time these things with the actual film release…but I think The Flash came out on digital release recently? And perhaps he wanted to wait to recap the final scenes in The Flash. Either way, it’s an all-encompassing episode that shows off the Flash, as it is supposed to.
Now do Robin!
