Now You’re All Going to Have This Song Stuck in Your Heads All Day
But it will be so worth it.
If you’ve been reading long enough, you know I’m a fan of all things adorable and musical, and that I was properly raised on 80s cartoons. So this video is my kind of video. I hope it’s yours too. Thanks Oh My Disney.
What If Teenagers Really Were Responsible for a Giant Robot
We like to have fun here at Henchman-4-Hire. So when my random Internet surfing uncovers a fun video or cartoon or whatever, I like to share. It may not be my own content, but like I said, I live to have fun and embrace what the great Internet has to provide. For in all things, are we Internet. The above cartoon, which is wickedly funny, was provided to us by Jake Portman, long may he reign.
It Seems I Missed Some Awesome Bebop and Rocksteady News!
I’ve already said it a few times on this blog recently, but I have developed a new respect for Bebop and Rocksteady in my growing years. I don’t think I much cared for them in the 80s, when they were bumbling henchmen to the Shredder in the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. But as I grow older, I find myself liking them and their potential more and more.
Which is why I’m so ashamed that I missed this awesome Bebop and Rocksteady news from earlier this year!
Fortunately, there’s been a new bump in content, so I can safely announce it today without too much Internet scorn.
Is anybody else watching the new Ninja Turtles cartoon on Nickelodeon? It’s actually a very good show. The animation is top notch, the mythology is expertly crafted; it really is a love letter to all things awesome about the Ninja Turtles. I have nothing but good things to say about the cartoon – except that their villains are terrible. All of them. Across the board. For the most part.
Fortunately, that’s about to change!
In the interest of SPOILERS, I’m going to wait until after the jump to reveal the awesome news!
The Incredibles, But Even More Awesomer
The Incredibles done in the style of Christopher Nolan/The Dark Knight. I would say it was a definitely well-put-together bit of Internetery. Kudos to Bobby Burns, the man with the plan to mess with Disney movies.
Jimmy Olsen Can Only Put Up With So Much
This cartoon is probably much older than I realize, but I just saw it today, and it was quite funny. So I thought I’d share it with all you good people. These Tales of Metropolis shorts are the bee’s knees.
