Should Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Have Even Begun?
I don’t remember if I’ve gone on record or not, but I relatively enjoyed last year’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie – for what it was. It wasn’t a great movie by any means, it was just another in a long line of interesting TMNT adaptations. It’s not the defining take on the Turtles. There will be many more. Regardless, it’s fodder for all our favorite movie mocking Youtube videos!
How Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles should have ended.
Alas, they were so close in not including their Superman or Batman jokes. Maybe someday we’ll get a video from the HISHE people without those two…but considering a recent trailer, probably not. Personally, I’m looking forward to the sequel! It’s gonna have Bebop and Rocksteady!

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Are Total Bros!
New trailer! More Turtles! Hints of plot! The Shredder! Hot Leonardo action!
I’m not…I’m not sure how I feel about this trailer. This movie is either going to be awesome, and everything is going to work. Or it’s going to fall apart and be this weird, style-obsessed freakshow. The Turtles look cool…but they also look kind of weird. And the humor is…exactly the kind of humor we should probably expect from this movie!
I don’t know, alright! I don’t know!
What do you think?
Some Social Media Twerp Probably Got a Raise for This Ninja Turtles Tweeting Idea
Update: Donatello!
There’s a new trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the way – possibly today – but in order to see it, we’ve all got to start tweeting about the movie. Specifically, the producers want us to Tweet about each individual turtle, thereby unlocking a series of new posters, ending with the trailer itself. Click the link to see for yourself.
It’s a nifty idea, and I bet some kid the studio hired to be their ‘social media technician’ came up with the idea. Those are real jobs, I’m almost positive.
Mostly I just care about these new posters, which show off the full Turtles! Of course, the best turtle, Leonardo, was unlocked first. Donatello came last, so I’m gonna post him up here on top!
And he looks freakin’ awesome – except for the nose. Those noses are definitely weird.
But overall, I like the Turtles’ new looks. They’re different, and different is good. Click the jump to see Michelangelo, Raphael and Leonardo!
New Ninja Turtles Trailer Has a Tiny Bit More Footage
The more I see of this new Ninja Turtles movie, the more I think it’s just going to be a big, dark, grim fest. This new trailer does not assuage my fears. Not that it’s really a new trailer, per se. It’s the old trailer, but with some new footage, including a few close shots of Donatello.
What is everybody else thinking about this movie? I keep getting the feeling that it’s going to be this weirdly dark, grim & gritty action flick with the Ninja Turtles running around. But what do I know? Maybe that’ll be awesome!
First Ninja Turtles Movie Trailer is Vintage Michael Bay, Also Features Turtles!
The first official trailer for the new Ninja Turtles movie hit the Internet today and – holy cow – it’s a game changer!
First things first, the Turtles looked pretty badass in motion. They’re big, imposing, but wonderfully animated. Did you see Leonardo? He was a god among ninjas! Though the up close look at Michelangelo’s face in the end, especially without the mask, looked really freaky. And not ‘mutant turtle freaky’, but ‘ugly giant baby face’ creepy. Still, I’m happy.
Second things second, I can’t remember the last time I saw such a ‘Michael Bay’ movie trailer. It’s insane. The music, the narration, the action scenes, ‘Michael Bay’ really has become his own style of moviemaking.
