The Best Superhero Games are GTA Clones
Does everybody remember Spider-Man 2 the video game? Or the follow-up Ultimate Spider-Man? They were awesome games, and they were essentially just Grand Theft Auto with Spider-Man powers! That sounds like a winning combination to me. Just like this Iron Man version.
That’s absolutely beautiful. The flying looks perfect. The weaponry could use a little work, but it’s still close enough that I wouldn’t complain. Not with flying that good. This was made by fiddling with the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV, otherwise known as ‘modding’. Some people in life have all the skill. It’s similar to a cool Ghost Rider MOD on the same game.
This one is by a person named H1Vltg3. More power to him!
The Ghost Rider Game We All Wish We Had
I have nothing but respect and admiration for people who make awesome video game mods. Like turning the protagonist from Grand Theft Auto 4 into Ghost Rider, complete with flaming skull, fire breath and car explosions.
But seriously, one dude on his computer is able to make a better Ghost Rider video game than any of the ones made by real companies as movie tie-in games. That’s shameful on those companies. But then I’m a big proponent of just sticking superheroes in a GTA-esque world and letting them run free. It worked for Spider-Man, it worked for the Incredible Hulk; it’ll work for any superhero!
Back to the Future in Grand Theft Auto 4
Some video game wizard made a Back to the Future mod in the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 4, which is where they go into the files and computer code and change the very nature of the game. But not only did they create a Marty McFly skin and a working Delorean…but it can travel through time. Not back to the age of the dinosaurs, mind you, but it can travel through in-game time. You gotta see this to believe this!
Some people have all the awesome skills.
