I’ve Got a Skyrim Song in My Heart
So I don’t know if I’ll ever write a review of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The game is just too massive, too wildly untamed, to really get it down in review form. I may whip something up someday, but for now, I figured I’d just update everybody on my status. Maybe some of you care, maybe some of you don’t. For those that do, keep reading. For those that don’t, at least enjoy this fun video.
Made by the same guys that did the earlier Skyrim songs.
Now then, my orc warrior Tannenbaum has continued to explore the world of Skyrim. He’s been to the frozen north and the jungles of the south. He’s been inside a magic black gemstone and he’s slain ghosts, giants, and humans alike. He’s even killed a few orcs who deserved it. Tannenbaum hasn’t chosen a side in the civil war, but who needs to? He’s the dragon-slayer!
And from that dragon, I crafted a legendary suit of dragon-scale armor.
And I met a comely wench who sang the song of the dragon-slayer!
Good times.
I Now Know What Everybody’s Getting for Christmas
Or at least for the male members of my family. DC Superhero themed boxer briefs! And not just any old superhero underoos, we’re talking classy underwear with actual super powers. Like, I guess, the Flash boxers warm up when you wear them. And the Green Lantern boxers glow in the dark. The Joker boxers are just in bad taste. About as bad as this video.
That Joker is a maverick renegade! I guess nobody told them that the Joker is a homicidal maniac?
Here are the actual boxers for your viewing pleasure. They’re made by some company called Diesel, because that’s the perfect name for an underwear company. I think my favorites are Batman, because they made the boxers look like his armor, and the Joker, because it just looks like fun.

“It’s’a me, Mario!” – The 8-bit Opera
Once again the Internet brings the funny with this hilarious song parody of Super Mario Bros. It was made by Legolambs, the brilliant creators of the Arnold Schwarzenegger musicals. Check out this Mario song, then follow that link to some of the others. Conan: The Musical! is particularly brilliant.

The Spot is the Greatest Super-Villain of All Time, of All Time
The Internet was invented for videos like the two I’m about to show you. A group called Lumberjack Films has created a two-video proposal to Marvel Comics to give one of my favorite super-villains, The Spot, either his own movie or his own comic series. And they don’t just talk about how cool The Spot is (and he’s very cool), they discovered an incredible use for the Greenman spandex costume. It has to be seen to be believed. Comic book fans, stand up and applaud these fine gentlemen.
And then The Spot himself stops by to explain to Marvel why he is such an awesome comic book character.
This is brilliant! If the Internet handed out awards, I would give these guys all of them! I wish I had genius like this. Lumberjack Films are my new heroes.
Long live The Spot!

Hogwarts Students Were Doin’ It, and You Know It!
Let me lay some truth on you people: the students at Hogwarts, definitely the older ones, were knocking boots all up and down that castle. Maybe not Harry and his pals, because they had other stuff to do, but what about the rest of those 15, 16 and 17-year-olds who weren’t saving the world every week or hopelessly pining after their best friend or their best friend’s sister?
I mean, c’mon, the dormitories were co-ed!
This revelation comes from the boys and girls of Not Literally, I think. At least that’s the name of the person who uploaded it to Youtube.
Alas, if only you could apparate within Hogwarts’ walls.
