Pete Holmes is Going to Make a Habit of Firing X-Men
Fresh off the heels of firing Wolverine, comedian Pete Holmes is now firing Gambit!
This guy is good. I’m definitely going to have to give this The Pete Holmes Show a watch, if I can find it streaming online somewhere. And apparently there are more Ex-Men coming up! I hope he does Beast…or Iceman. Or Archangel!
Captain America, F*ck Yeah!
They did it with the first Captain America film, and now the Internet has done it with the second: clips from the new Cap 2 trailer set to the famous song ‘America, F*ck Yeah’ from Team America: World Police.
Things like this are why I love the collective, creative spirit of the Internet.

So you know that sketch about Wolverine from The Pete Holmes Show I posted earlier this week? Well apparently that Pete Holmes guy was the one behind all those brilliant Badman/Batman sketches for College Humor! Amazing! Now I really, really want to watch this guy’s show.

This Pete Holmes guy is clearly the guy! If he keeps up the superhero humor, hopefully his show might have some legs!
Hello No: The Sensible Horror Film
This is the kind of horror movie we need for Halloween this year! This was posted by the good people at pixelspersecond, with credits under the video. It’s clever, funny and a nice little bit of parody. This could be a legitimately clever and witty full length feature film. If only the universe allowed such things to exist. At least we have the Internet.
Who Doesn’t Love Poking Fun at The Walking Dead?
I’m definitely a fan of The Walking Dead TV show, but as always, the good folks at Screen Junkies can tear it to shreds.
I liked the first episode of Season 4. Though would it really be such a bad thing if we had an episode where everything went right for everybody? Things seemed so nice and peaceful at the prison. But I’m probably just a sucker for wanting a happy ending out of a zombie apocalypse.
