Heartbreaking…
My favorite comic book series, which stars my favorite comic book superhero, is coming to an end in September. Well the September solicitations came out today, and it’s goodbye to X-Factor.

Henchman-4-Hire 
Not only X-Factor, it seems I’m also losing Journey Into Mystery (in August). This might be an even bigger disappointment to me than the end of X-Factor. That series was incredible under Gillen, and it’s been great under Kathryn Immonen. I’ve been really happy to see a Sif solo series, and now it’s over with. Kathryn Immonen gets another project soon. She’s too good for Marvel to let go of her.
Apparently Morbius will also end in September. With issue #9. Man, that didn’t last long at all. I figured it would end with issue 12. The sales on that series must really suck.

Too bad about Journey Into Mystery. I’m actually planning on picking up the next issue because of the Beta Ray Bill guest appearance. I would totally buy a Sif/Bill team up ongoing by Kathryn Immonen.
And I could have told you Morbius wasn’t going to last long at all. He’s not a character who could sustain an ongoing book. Granted, some people probably said the same thing about Multiple Man.
I didn’t actually mean to make a pun. I actually figured the sales really did just suck.

I loved Journey into Mistery with child Loki, there’s still more Loki in young avengers though.
