Over the next few weeks, I’m going to be in trial mode for my day job. As frequent readers might have picked up, I write the ‘Cops’ beat for a daily newspaper here in Central New York. That mostly focuses on crimes and accidents, but that also includes the court side of things. This week and next I’ll be spending almost every day in the courthouse covering a murder trial. I may write a bit about it here on my blog, but I’m relatively sure that people are more interested in fun pop culture stuff than my day job. Still, real live murder trials are cool.

But at the very least this may explain why I won’t be posting as much over the next few weeks. I will try to keep the entertainment going, and to kick things off, here’s a video that showcases the depth and importance of our judicial system. When one bro violates the Bro Code, to whom do you turn?

Behold the random awesomeness that is the Internet, in all of her glory! I don’t know how made this or why, but it’s one of the most exciting trailers I’ve ever seen. I sort of hope it only exists in trailer form, and doesn’t have a real movie attached or a real comedy skit. This is just plain silly and awesome, and that’s exactly what the Internet was invented for, exactly why we fight to defend it!
