Continuing with my Fairy Tale Theme
So I’m still rather new at this whole blogging thing. I mean, I still haven’t been issued my official membership card. I had to draw one one construction paper, and they didn’t accept it at the cool blogging clubs! Anyway, I got an e-mail the other day from www.babysittingjobs.com asking for me to plug their site. I’m torn between whether it’s spam or legit…and I’m going to err on the side of ‘why the hell not’ and go with the latter. Maybe they really do like my blog. It could happen.
And I’m a firm believer in peace in the blogosphere.
Anyway, so they wrote up a list of ‘The 10 Reasons I Miss Mother Goose Stories’. Check it out if you’ve got some time to spare.
They’re probably also really good for babysitting jobs.

I’m gonna suggest you never do this again. No offense to the babysitters blog or whatever, but they are not your speed. I checked them out and personally I think your blog is in the process of building a reputation that I don’t think you want associated with those guys.
There’s nothing wrong with them, but I just think that your blogs are traveling in different circles. I highly doubt that you’re reaching a new market by giving them a nod, so you’re not going to gain anything by spending an entire blog post talking about them.
Your blog is good at what it does: Obscure Geekery. I say more of that and less plugging blogs that I know you don’t care about.
