Despite my harsh criticism of DC Comics and their Rejiggering yesterday, I’m still eagerly anticipating the first appearance of Tim Drake as Red Robin in the new Teen Titans. Unfortunately, we have to wait until the end of September to see him. I know a lot of Tim Drake fans have been visiting my blog, so I thought I’d share this cool video I found on BleedingCool.com.

A lot has come out about Tim and the Robins, as well as Batman, in terms of this reboot. Whereas superheroes have only been around for about 5 years, DC is telling us that Batman has been operating for about 10 years…I think. I don’t really have any sources to cite on this, other than general Internet chatter. So that means Bruce has had plenty of time to train/raise the four distinct Robins: Dick, Jason, Tim and now Damian. I think Stephanie Brown’s tenure as Robin is being retconned out. Well now Tim is Red Robin and his book will be the Teen Titans. DC said they wanted to give each of the former Robins their own book.

But we won’t find out what Tim’s really like until the issue comes out. Until then, here’s a teaser.
